After registering and showing permits at Syabrubesi, and crossing the Bhote Khosi River, the first day involves a climb through attractive forests to Changtang, popularly known as Lama Hotel, via the villages of Doman, Pairo, Bamboo and Renche. However, all villages higher than Bamboo were badly affected by the earthquake.

The trail onwards from Langtang climbs through increasingly rugged country through the small yak-herding villages of Mundu, Sindum and Yampha, eventually tracing the path of the Langtang Khola to Kyanjin Gompa. However, landslides blocked many sections of the trail and most lodges in all villages on this section of the trail were badly damaged, though the damage was not as serve as at Langtang village.

The eight day is for rest. Your body needs to fiddle with the change in the environment. It is a preventative measure for elevation sickness. If you feel comfortable, you can travel around Kyanjin. You can also climb to Kyanjin RI. From those points, you can see the magnificent view of Langtang Valley and some other mountain peaks.

Having reached Kyanjin Gompa, most travelers take a few days to explore the surroundings valleys. One popular trail follows the Lirung Valley, which cuts a dramatic track to the north, farmed by a line of peaks along the Tibetan border. Depending on the state of trails, these detours may feature on new trekking istineraries in the future. The trail follows the Langtang Khola east up the valley. Another challenging bolt-on is the two-day return trip to Yala Peak, a decommissioned trekking peak to the east, accessible as a camping trek from Kyanjin Gompa. The trail follows the trip back to Ghora Tabela.

Next Morning, the hotel indicates Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner for you. You continue your trail from Syabru Besi. You have vehicles like Bus/Jeep to complete your trail. The vehicles pick up you from Syabru Besi Hotel to Kathmandu Hotel. After 6/7h you reach in Kathmandu and it transfers you to hotel. You rest in there. It was your last night in Kathmandu and if you may celebrate your success you may be celebrate.

In day 12, you should take rest in hotel. If you want to shopping, you should set off to shopping in Thamel or in anywhere else. You spend your last night in Kathmandu. If you want to have a good time of your achievement you may rejoice and enjoy.
